Job Summary:

We are seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and oversee our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring robust analytical and managerial skills, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements,



and effective management of the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Manage and review financial transactions, invoices, bills, and payments for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual closing.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow; provide insights for financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Implement and streamline accounting processes, systems, and controls.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
