Job Title: Credit Control Executive

Job Summary
· We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
· The role involves close coordination with South Indian clients, especially Malayalam-speaking parties, for account reconciliation and clearance.
· The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills in Malayalam and English, along with hands-on experience in Tally.
Key Responsibilities
· Communicate with South Indian clients
(particularly Malayalam-speaking customers)
for account reconciliation and payment clearance.
· Follow up regularly on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
· Address and resolve client queries related to accounts and payments.
· Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
· Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
· Perform periodic account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
· Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
· Prepare and maintain reports on receivables, payables, and collection status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proficiency in Tally ERP.
· Strong communication skills in English and
Malayalam
.
· Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
· Ability to handle client communication and payment follow-ups effectively.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience in accounts, finance, or credit control roles.
· Experience working with South Indian clients will be an added advantage.
