Role Description
The Integrated Farmers Agri-based Intern will support day-to-day operations related to farmer engagement, product sourcing, and basic agri-business coordination. This internship role is full-time, in office, and based in Coimbatore, requiring regular visits to farms and local markets as needed.



Responsibilities may include assisting in field data collection, helping coordinate logistics for rice, spices, dry fruits, and dal, and supporting quality checks under supervision. The intern will help maintain records of farmer partners, participate in awareness or training sessions, and assist in documentation related to fair trade and sustainability initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to share field insights, prepare simple reports, and contribute to improving supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of agriculture, farming practices, or agri-business concepts, ideally with exposure to farmer communities or rural outreach.
- Interest in sustainable farming, fair trade, and ethical sourcing, with a willingness to learn and work closely with local farmers.
