Senior UI/UX Designer (Product & AI)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong Product Design expertise and exposure to AI-driven experiences. The ideal candidate should independently transform business ideas into intuitive digital experiences, high-fidelity prototypes, and visually compelling client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX concepts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences.
- Support pre-sales, proposals, client workshops, and solution presentations.
- Create user journeys, workflows, and experience narratives.
- Design AI-enabled digital products and conversational experiences.
- Develop reusable design assets, templates, and presentation artifacts.
- Collaborate with Product, Consulting, and Engineering teams.

Required Skills
- 67 years of UI/UX & Product Design experience.




- Expert in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing web and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and AI product experiences *(Mandatory)*.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in pre-sales or solution consulting.
- Knowledge of responsive design systems and accessibility.
- Experience creating polished client presentations and reusable design assets.
