SALARY MAX - Rs 12 to 14 Lacs CTC

? Position: CSR Officer

Location: Gurgaon (Liaison Office)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Plan and conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits across India and South Asian countries including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and other sourcing locations.

✔️ Prepare and submit comprehensive audit reports within timelines.

✔️ Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with suppliers by providing guidance and support.

✔️ Monitor suppliers' CAP implementation and ensure timely closure of audit findings.





✔️ Identify root causes of compliance issues and drive continuous improvement.

✔️ Lead supplier engagement initiatives on CSR & Sustainability Programs.

✔️ Promote ethical sourcing, responsible business practices, and social compliance across the supply chain.

? Candidate Profile:

✅ Bachelor's Degree (Social Science or Accounting preferred)

✅ Experience in Social Compliance / CSR / Sustainability / Ethical Audits

✅ Valuable knowledge of Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits, CAP management, and supplier compliance.

✅ Willingness to travel across India and South Asian countries
