Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
