Job Description:
The Senior Manager – Human Resources (Plant) will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end talent acquisition activities for plant operations.

The role involves manpower planning, sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, recruitment process optimization, and building a robust talent pipeline for technical, engineering, operations, and leadership positions across plant locations

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

 Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with plant business objectives.

 Partner with plant leadership and departmental heads to understand current and future manpower requirements.

 Drive workforce planning initiatives and succession hiring plans.

 Ensure timely closure of critical positions across manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, production, supply chain, EHS, and support functions.

End-to-End Recruitment





 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and industry networking.

 Conduct screening, assessment, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.

 Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions.

Stakeholder Management

 Collaborate closely with plant heads, function heads, and HR business partners.

 Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment analytics, and market intelligence.

 Ensure high levels of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

 Strengthen employer brand within the manufacturing and engineering talent market.

 Develop relationships with engineering colleges, technical institutes, and industry bodies.

 Drive campus hiring, apprenticeship, trainee, and lateral hiring programs.
