About The Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our International Chat Support team at TP. This role involves engaging with customers via chat to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and assist with troubleshooting in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude,

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Immediate availability for joining, with a preferred start date of 20th July 2026
- Previous experience in customer support or chat-based roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with chat support tools
