Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance personnel to manage financial reporting, and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finance and accounting functions along with strong exposure to bank liaisoning, working capital management, and coordination with financial institutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable statutory requirements, including timely return filing and documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with banks for working capital limits, CC/OD accounts, term loans, bank guarantees, LC documentation, project financing, personal loan, loan against property, renewal of limits, submission of stock statements, financial data,



and other banking requirements.
- Maintain relationships with bank officials and support management in banking and financing matters.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits for banking purpose.
- Maintain proper accounting records, statutory registers, and financial documentation in line with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Masters in Commerce/Finance or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 10-15 years of experience in finance.
- Practical exposure to bank liaisoning and working capital documentation is mandatory.
- Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial MIS preparation.
