ABOUT THE ROLE

Indusun is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing & Export Executive to join our growing international trade team. This is role that combines end-to-end export operations with proactive international marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building new client relationships across global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

International Marketing & Business Development
- Identify, research, and develop a pipeline of prospective international clients through digital channels, trade portals, and industry networks.
- Draft and execute targeted marketing email campaigns to prospective clients, ensuring professional communication that represents the Indusun brand effectively.
- Generate and qualify marketing leads; maintain and update the CRM database with lead status, follow-ups, and client interaction history.
- Coordinate with the management team to prepare marketing collaterals, product catalogues, and presentations tailored to international markets.




- Respond to international enquiries promptly; coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate pricing, product specifications, and availability.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular communication,
updates on new products/offers, and resolution of post-shipment queries.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications
- Graduate in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in export operations and/or international marketing.
- Working knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and customs procedures.

Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.
