Role Description
The Educational Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students preparing for competitive exams, helping them choose suitable courses and academic paths aligned with their goals. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, clarifying program details, explaining examination patterns, and addressing student queries in person, over phone, and through digital channels. The role involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions,



collaborating with faculty and academic teams to understand curriculum offerings, and participating in outreach or orientation activities. The Counsellor will also support admission processes, follow up with prospective learners, and contribute to a positive learning environment that encourages student success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications
- Ability to provide Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to learners across diverse academic backgrounds.
- Experience or strong interest in Career Counseling and guiding students toward suitable academic and professional pathways.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, transparent verbal communication, and professional written correspondence.
- Understanding of Education systems and competitive exam patterns, particularly in the areas served by IFAS (e.g., CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, IIT JAM, SET, PSC).
