We are a rapidly growing UK-based EdTech company helping students achieve their academic goals through innovative online education and student support services. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and generate high-quality student leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrolments.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Create landing pages and optimize conversion rates.




- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors for marketing creatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Positive knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience with lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of WordPress, landing page optimization, and CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and team management abilities.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, prefer
