We are looking for a hands-on skilled to work closely with the founders and manage day-to-day operations, team coordination and overall business workflow.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised and experienced in managing people, projects and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders on business priorities and execution.
- Manage team workflows, follow-ups and task completion.
- Coordinate across departments and ensure smooth communication.
- Track projects, timelines, performance and operational deliverables.
- Conduct review meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team allocation when required.
- Create and improve processes, SOPs and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with vendors,
partners, franchisees and other stakeholders.
- Handle special projects and urgent operational matters.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in operations, project management, founder’s office or general management.
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work directly with founders and senior leadership.
- Good knowledge of Excel, reporting and presentations.
- High ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- Startup, franchise, sustainability or social-enterprise experience will be an advantage.
