Role Description
The Lab Incharge (Aligners) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing all activities related to dental aligner fabrication and quality assurance. Daily tasks include supervising laboratory workflows, managing and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring aligner production meets established quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with dentists and clinical staff to understand case requirements, reviewing prescriptions, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of aligners. The Lab Incharge also monitors inventory, implements and updates lab protocols,



supports research and development initiatives, and trains lab team members on best practices and new techniques.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Quality Control skills, with the ability to implement and monitor quality standards for aligner production.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills, including safe operation, maintenance, and calibration of dental lab instruments.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review clinical requirements, interpret technical data, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;) to support process improvement and innovation in aligner fabrication.
- Relevant diploma or degree in dental technology, dental mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
