Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and learning objectives.
- Ensure seamless execution of training programs, including logistics, participant communication, and post-training follow-ups.
- Conduct training sessions for employees, interns, or other target audiences as required.
- Develop, update, and improve training content, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.
- Design new training modules and learning programs based on business requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training methodologies.
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Support continuous learning initiatives and recommend improvements to existing training processes.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- 1–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Experience in creating training content, presentations, and learning modules.
- Valuable coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles.
