Creative Director

About the role:

You will own all creative work at the agency. Every campaign, brand, and piece of content across every client account meets your standards. You will lead the creative team, present work to clients, and build systems that keep quality high as we grow. You will work directly with the founders.

This is a senior role. You must have done this before, inside an agency.

What you'll do:
- Lead creative across all client accounts: brand campaigns, social content, performance ads, video, and identity work
- Manage and mentor the creative team: designers, copywriters, editors, and motion designers
- Turn client briefs into clear creative strategy
- Present and defend work in client meetings, from founders to CMOs
- Review all work before it ships and hold the quality bar under deadlines
- Work with strategy and media teams so the creative performs, not just looks good
- Lead creative on current business pitches




- Build processes that keep quality consistent as accounts grow

What we're looking for
- 8+ years in digital or advertising agencies
- 3+ years leading creative teams
- Agency experience is mandatory. You have lived brief cycles, client feedback, and tight deadlines
- A strong portfolio with range: brand, social, performance, and video. Work you led, not work you sat near
- Experience handling multiple retainer accounts at the same time
- Strong presentation skills. You can sell an idea in a room
- Clear knowledge of what works today on Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable using AI tools for image, video, and copy
- Taste. It is the first thing we will look for
- Good to have:
Boutique or fast-growing agency experience. D2C brand exposure.
