Role Description
The Expedition Leader is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading self-drive and guided SUV adventure tours. Day-to-day tasks include designing itineraries, assessing routes and safety conditions, conducting pre-departure briefings, and guiding participants throughout expeditions. The role involves supervising group activities, managing logistics such as vehicle allocation, fuel stops, accommodations, and emergency protocols, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.



The Expedition Leader will provide clear communication to participants, handle on-trip issues, maintain trip documentation, and collaborate with operations and customer service teams to enhance overall guest experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recreation, Outdoor Recreation, and Therapeutic Recreation to design engaging, safe, and meaningful expedition experiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to manage groups, coordinate support staff, and oversee on-trip operations effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to brief participants, provide clear instructions, and maintain professional interactions with guests and colleagues.
