Field Sales Executive/ Manager

Job Role:
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in manufacturing, automotive, glazing, Construction & infrastructure, and related sectors across Greater Mumbai.
- Promote and sell Supex range of high-performance adhesives, sealants (silicone, PU, MS polymer), PU foam sprays, and speciality chemicals.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations at client sites to address bonding, sealing, insulation needs.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with contractors, dealers, OEMs, and industrial users.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through direct selling, follow-ups, and order closure.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing/deals, and coordinate with internal team for timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Generate leads via cold calling, site visits, industry networking,



and market intelligence in the territory.
- Prepare sales reports, track competitor activities, and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering better-than-industry-standard earnings potential through incentives.
- (Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in industrial consumables, adhesives/sealants/waterproofing/speciality chemicals; total experience not exceeding 5 years; Graduate qualification required.)
