Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Tele Caller role based in Kozhikode. The Tele Caller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Elrics’ software and digital solutions, gather requirements, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales and technical teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call logs and customer records,



following up on leads, providing basic information about services, and handling inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate communication, meeting calling and conversion targets, and contributing feedback from customers to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
