About The Role
As an Engineering Lead responsible for our Work Management team at Wise, you will guide this established group as it transitions out of a wider department to become its own dedicated function. Your focus will be on aligning Wise's business requirements with our Atlassian tech-stack to minimize friction and maximize productivity for internal users. You will manage a global team of 6 engineers across Tallinn and Hyderabad, overseeing the technical roadmap, architectural integrity,



and security of our integrations while ensuring the team continues to deliver reliable solutions with speed and quality.
