Full Job Description

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, manage enquiries, follow up with potential customers, and convert enquiries into successful orders.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and gifting solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain enquiry records, customer databases, and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, accounts, packing, and delivery teams.




- Support promotional campaigns and showroom customer service whenever required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good persuasion, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or enquiry management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
