Role Description
The Automotive Sales Trainer at BMW Eminent Cars will design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs for showroom and field sales teams. This full-time, in office role is based in Vadodara and involves conducting regular training sessions on BMW product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement, and dealership standards. The trainer will observe sales interactions, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure teams are aligned with BMW India’s sales and customer service guidelines.



Responsibilities include creating training materials, tracking performance metrics, organizing refresher workshops, and collaborating with management to identify learning needs. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BMW models, features, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and facilitation abilities to conduct engaging in-person training sessions.
- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development, preferably within the automotive or retail sales sector.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey complex information clearly and build rapport with diverse sales teams.
- Customer Service orientation, with an understanding of premium brand standards and customer experience best practices.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor sales professionals, with a focus on performance improvement and adherence to processes.
