Role Description
The Technical Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting technical features and benefits of GFRP rebars, and providing product demonstrations and consultations to engineers, contractors, and construction firms. The Technical Sales Executive will prepare proposals and quotations, manage negotiations,



and follow up to close sales while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include visiting project sites and offices, coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and gathering market feedback to support product and strategy improvements. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales reports, participating in industry events or meetings, and supporting marketing activities related to GFRP rebars.

Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of construction materials, reinforcement products, and basic civil or structural engineering concepts.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities within B2B or industrial markets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in clear, practical terms.
