Role & responsibilities
. Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Repair & Maintenance Items Purchase, Raw Material & BOM items Procurement, General Purchase.
. Cost Reduction by various measures like VA/VE, Yield Improvement, Alternate Sourcing, Localization and Negotiations etc.
. Raw Material procurement and price amendment
. Build relationships with RM vendors and key suppliers
. Negotiate pricing and control costs
. Write sourcing documentation and statements
. Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
. Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations
. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and networking skills
.Reduction to rework of BOP parts by implementing ideas'
. Safety Compliance Adherence.
. Inventory management -- RM domestic Inventory
