Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for various retail and corporate positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create job postings, build and maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.



Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting interviews, supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and collaborating with HR and operations to meet staffing timelines. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, recommending process improvements, and representing Top-10 Retail professionally at internal and external hiring events.
