Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth of PInterview’s services across key customer segments, including students, professionals, and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and demos, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.



The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with individual users, universities, training partners, and corporate clients, while actively seeking new partnership opportunities. This role also includes tracking sales metrics, preparing reports for leadership, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and campaigns based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or training/consulting services.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with the ability to use CRM tools and sales analytics effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
