The Export Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating the international sales process for a manufacturing company. This role ensures the smooth flow of export orders from receipt through to delivery, coordinates with internal teams, and manages customer relationships across global markets.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Coordinate and process export orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping forms, and customs paperwork.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to meet export demand.
Track and report on shipment status, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
Maintain communication with international customers, providing updates on order status and addressing inquiries.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and customer proposals.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, tariffs, and company policies.
Prepare sales reports and maintain records of transactions and correspondence.
*Key Skills & Qualifications:*
BE Mechanical engineering
0- 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of export documentation, logistics, and shipping procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or export management software.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
