To be a successful Software Engineer-Full stack you should have experience with:
- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8+) for more than 5 years
- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework (REST APIs, microservices)
- Robust understanding of OOP, design patterns, and concurrency

Additional Relevant Skills Given Below Are Highly Valued
- Kafka / event-driven architecture
- API Gateway / integration platforms
- Performance tuning (JVM, memory profiling)
