Role Description
The Legal Intern role at Startup Story® is an internship position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support legal research on issues relevant to media, technology, startups,



and entrepreneurship, and assist in interpreting applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and agreements, helping with legal document preparation and organization, and supporting due diligence or compliance-related tasks as needed. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to clarify legal considerations, communicate findings clearly, and help ensure that content, partnerships, and operations align with legal and regulatory requirements. This role offers hands-on exposure to startup-focused legal work and requires strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with Legal Issues relevant to startups, media, and technology.
