Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy LMS Coordinator to manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves overseeing LMS operations, managing workflows, driving automation, leading a small team, and acting as a bridge between academic and technical (developer) teams to ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
- Upload, update, and organize academic content including videos, assignments, and study materials.
- Manage and supervise a team of academic support executives; track performance, productivity, and query resolution efficiency.
- Coordinate with developers/tech teams to report bugs, define requirements, and ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Manage academic workflows including content publishing, scheduling, and user access.
- Drive automation initiatives within LMS/ERP to improve operational efficiency.
- Plan,



execute, and monitor projects related to LMS enhancements and content rollouts.
- Track tasks, timelines, and ensure smooth workflow management across teams.
- Generate MIS reports on LMS usage, engagement, and team performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates on LMS dashboards.
- Train and support teachers, students, and internal teams on LMS functionalities.
- Identify system gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
