Job Title: Menswear Fashion Designer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Design seasonal menswear collections in line with market trends and brand identity.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and trims.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, CADs, and tech packs.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, sampling, and production teams.
- Select fabrics, prints, and accessories for new collections.
- Conduct fit sessions and ensure product quality before production.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products.
- Work within deadlines to deliver collections on time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in men's apparel design.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics,



garment construction, washes, and fits.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Creative mindset with excellent sketching and visualization skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Trend forecasting and market research.
- Tech pack preparation.
- Fabric and trim sourcing.
- Robust understanding of men's fashion and current market trends.
- Attention to detail and time management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
