Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration, implementation, enhancement, and production support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing SAP FICO solutions, supporting financial processes, resolving production issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient and scalable SAP solutions. Experience working in global AMS/Managed Services environments with strong knowledge of financial accounting processes is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide SAP FICO functional support and maintenance across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
● Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
● Configure and maintain SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
● Support end-to-end finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
● Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
● Troubleshoot SAP FICO incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLA timelines.
● Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
● Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for custom developments and enhancements.
● Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
● Manage change requests, release activities, and deployment of SAP FICO enhancements.
