Role Overview

You will own the revenue data engine of Backdropsource — connecting marketing spend, sales pipeline, and customer data into one source of truth. This is a leadership role: you define how we measure growth,



where we invest, and what's working across three international markets. You'll work directly with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the full-funnel revenue reporting stack: acquisition » conversion » retention » LTV, across

US/UK/AU storefronts.

• Define and track core growth metrics: blended CAC, MER, ROAS by channel, contribution margin, cohort LTV, and payback periods.

• Own marketing attribution — set up and maintain tracking (GA4, pixel/server-side tracking, UTM governance) so every dollar of spend is accountable.

• Partner with Paid Marketing on budget allocation, bid strategy reviews, and campaign performance audits.

• Build automated dashboards for leadership (weekly revenue reviews, monthly deep dives, quarterly planning inputs).

• Own CRM and marketing-stack hygiene: data flows, integrations, deduplication, and lead/customer lifec
