Role Description
The Sales Team Lead (B2C Sales) will oversee a team of sales representatives, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for MagickWorld’s family-focused offerings. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves coaching and motivating the sales team, setting daily and weekly targets, and monitoring performance metrics.



The role includes managing the end-to-end B2C sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and closing sales with parents and families. The Sales Team Lead will collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align campaigns with sales goals, refine pitches based on customer feedback, and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service. This position also requires maintaining accurate sales reports, contributing to process improvements, and representing MagickWorld’s values in all customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including experience in B2C sales, lead management, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including supervising sales teams, setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a cooperative, inclusive culture.
