We are looking for a energetic and technically strong Sales Engineer to drive sales and market development for European hand blender category across India. The role involves working closely with distributors, retailers, modern trade partners, institutional buyers, and internal product teams to grow market share, improve channel penetration, and position the brand effectively against competitors.

The ideal candidate should combine technical product understanding with strong sales execution and market development capabilities in the consumer appliances segment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth for the hand blender product category across assigned territories in India.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, modern trade accounts and Hospitality Industry.
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and institutional channels.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Product Promotion & Technical Selling
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features,



performance benefits, and usage applications.
- Train channel partners, sales teams, and retail staff on product specifications and competitive advantages.
- Support marketing campaigns, trade fairs, dealer meets, and promotional activities.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends in the small kitchen appliance category.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to product development and marketing teams.
- Analyze regional demand trends and recommend strategies for growth.

Channel Management
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Manage inventory planning and stock movement with distributors.
- Support after-sales coordination and customer issue resolution.

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis reports.
