Role & responsibilities
- Team handling experience and ability to lead inter-departmental and business unit meetings
- Analyze spend data to support strategic sourcing decisions and Cost saving project.
- Contribute to weekly ROI and monthly scorecard reporting
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, NPD, Production, Stores, and Finance to align procurement with operational needs
- Robust understanding of procurement processes: PR to PO, on-time deliveries, root cause analysis, inventory management, localization of BOP
- Hands-on experience in sourcing for:
- Machining
- Investment and die casting
- Plastic molding and Metal injection molding
- Stamping
- Rubber components
- Proficient in SAP
