About the Role
Aera Gas Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Product Validation & Testing team.
This role offers excellent hands-on exposure to automotive product development, testing, validation, laboratory practices, prototype development, and engineering problem solving. Selected candidates will be trained on industry-standard validation processes and gradually take ownership of testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Product Validation & Testing
- Perform product validation as per specifications and test plans.
- Conduct functional, performance, leakage, endurance and life cycle testing.
- Record observations, readings and test results accurately.
Prototype Development
- Build prototype samples for recent product development.
- Support Sample B, Sample C and PPAP activities.
- Perform fitment checks and functional evaluations.
- Assist in troubleshooting during development.
Documentation
- Prepare validation reports and technical test reports.
- Maintain complete and traceable testing records.
- Ensure documentation is organized and audit-ready.
Analysis & Problem Solving
- Analyse test results and identify abnormalities.
- Support root cause analysis for validation failures.
- Compare results against specifications and highlight deviations.
Laboratory Operations
- Operate testing equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Prepare test setups, fixtures and sample assemblies.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety and discipline.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Product
