Role Description
The Growth and Performance Ad Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, running A/B tests,



and adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative assets to improve return on ad spend and lead quality. The specialist will collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and clients to align campaign strategies with business goals, create performance reports, and present actionable insights. This role also involves building experimentation roadmaps, implementing growth hacking tactics, and contributing to the development of best practices for performance marketing. The specialist is expected to stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools that support campaign efficiency and scale.

Qualifications
