Role Description
The Senior Engineering Professional – New Product Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of current aerospace and defense products, from concept and feasibility studies through design, prototyping, testing, and release to manufacturing. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing and reviewing engineering documentation,



conducting design analyses, coordinating validation and verification activities, and supporting design reviews with internal and external stakeholders. The position also involves continuous improvement of existing product lines, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, and mentoring team members in best engineering practices.

Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with experience in new product development for aerospace or defense applications.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and product design methodologies, including tolerance analysis, material selection, and design for manufacturability.
- Experience with thermal and fluid systems, rotating machinery, or similar high-performance components such as cooling systems, turbochargers, or actuating mechanisms.
