Immigration
Executive to support our growing team and manage the
immigration
processes for our employees and clients in the US.

Job Responsibilities

Handle U.S. work visa and
immigration
-related processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.) for employees and clients.

Prepare and submit visa petitions, extensions, and renewals to U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration
Services (USCIS).

Coordinate with legal counsel and U.S. authorities to ensure timely filing of visa applications.

Assist with the preparation of documents required for
immigration
processes, such as labor condition applications, I-140 petitions, and PERM processes.

Keep up to date with U.S.
immigration
laws, policies, and procedures to advise the company and clients on compliance matters.





Provide guidance on visa options for international employees and coordinate with clients to fulfill visa-related requirements.

Track
immigration
case status and resolve any issues related to visa applications.

Act as a liaison between Ashra Technologies and legal professionals on
immigration
-related matters.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in U.S.
immigration
processes, particularly with H-1B, L-1, and Green Card processes.

Strong knowledge of U.S.
immigration
laws and regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Experience working with legal teams or
immigration
consultants is a plus.

Familiarity with case management tools and documentation systems is preferred.
