1. Maintain plant premises, equipment and documentation records in line with regulatory and internal standards.

2. Lead validation, qualification of facilities/equipment and review associated protocols and reports.

3. Manage manpower planning, training and periodic evaluation in coordination with HR.

4. Initiate and review change controls, deviations and risk assessments; evaluate impact of proposed changes.

5. Drive operational excellence through yield improvement, cost optimization, cycle time reduction, capacity utilization and energy efficiency initiatives.

6. Monitor plant performance including RM variance, utilities and budget; ensure compliance of BPR and ECR documentation.

7. Prepare and review production instructions; ensure manufacturing of intermediates/APIs as per approved procedures and GMP requirements.

8. Ensure smooth and compliant execution of production activities; report, investigate and close deviations with proper evaluation.
