As a
GenAI Developer
, you will help build, evaluate, and improve next-generation Artificial Intelligence systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will leverage your expertise in AI, software development, prompt engineering, and modern development frameworks to create, test, review, and refine high-quality AI solutions that enable intelligent automation, reasoning, content generation, and real-world problem-solving.

Your responsibilities may include developing AI-powered applications, designing and optimizing prompts, integrating LLM APIs, evaluating AI-generated outputs, building AI workflows, debugging AI systems, and ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations. You'll collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and data teams to help train, evaluate, and fine-tune cutting-edge Generative AI models and enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design, evaluate, and optimize prompts for improved AI performance.
- Integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral,



or similar LLMs into real-world applications.
- Review and improve AI-generated responses for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Build AI automation workflows, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.
- Develop backend APIs and frontend interfaces for AI-powered products.
- Analyze, debug, and optimize AI application performance.
- Evaluate multiple AI-generated outputs and select the most accurate and practical responses.
- Perform quality assurance on AI datasets, prompts, annotations, and generated content.
- Follow detailed project guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Contribute technical expertise to improve AI model capabilities and user experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
