Role / Position: Wire Harness Production

Location: Bangalore

What You'll Do:
- Hands-on experience on Wiring and integration for Cable harness, PCBA, Sub racks, and ATE racks.




- Skill to read and understand BOM, electrical Wiring Schematic drawings, and assembly drawings
- Highly Experienced Skill and Knowledge in Class II Electronic Product Assemblies.
- Strong Knowledge of Manufacturing Skills and Processes (J-STD/MIL-STD)
- Valuable understanding of process flow, control plan, ECO, and FMEA, and ensure the process set is as per the process flow defined.
- To understand the Work Procedures, Manufacturing Processes, work instructions, Work Instructions, Requirements & Acceptance Criteria for Electrical Cable Harness
- Strong Practical Hands-on Experience and Knowledge in Cable Harness Process, such as Wire Stripping, Crimping & Soldering.
- Knowledge in handling RF components
- Handling nonconforming materials in the assembly lab.
- Must consistently meet quality and productivity requirements.
- Understanding of acceptance criteria as per IPC /WHMA-620 & IPC 610
- Awareness of Quality manage
