We are a 31-year established wire and cable manufacturing company known for quality, reliability and long-term industry partnerships. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure adherence to production plans and drive productivity, quality and safety on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure work orders are completed as per schedule.
- Allocate manpower and machines to achieve production targets and maintain shift-wise productivity.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality Control, Maintenance and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Verify work orders, batch cards and production records are completed accurately and submitted at the end of each shift.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the Quality department to address process deviations, non-conforming products, and corrective actions.
- Identify and reduce wastage,



rework and scrap generation to improve production efficiency and yield.
- Ensure operators follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and PPE usage.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift allocation of operators and helpers.
- Train new operators and continuously improve shop-floor practices and productivity.
- Maintain production records and submit daily production reports.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering (ITI), or related field.
- 4 - 6 years of manufacturing experience (wire & cable industry preferred).
- Good understanding of production planning, quality systems and shop-floor management.
- Ability to lead teams and maintain discipline in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred).
