Job Purpose

Drive business growth in Bengaluru by developing sales strategies, securing project sales with key industry stakeholders, and maximizing revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Revenue

· Develop business strategies to achieve company sales targets.

· Implement targeted initiatives to grow revenue and market share.

· Identify highly profitable opportunities by analyzing business value drivers.

· Collate and analyze business data to optimize overall sales performance.

Lead Generation & Project Sales

· Connect directly with top builders and contractors for project sales.

· Generate high-quality B2B leads through proactive industry networking.

· Manage and nurture key accounts to improve corporate turnover.

Client Relationship Management

· Understand requirements of both new and existing customers deeply.

· Conduct regular customer reviews to ensure high-level service delivery.

· Secure positive word-of-mouth referrals through excellent customer care.

Reporting & Operations





· Send detailed daily and monthly sales reports to leadership.

· Update and maintain the company mobile application on a regular basis.

· Inform the Business Head regarding competitor activities and market legislation.

· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets.

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales and negotiation.

· Degree in BBA, Management Studies, Engineering, or a relevant Diploma.

· Deep knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate, building, or construction market.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Robust data analysis skills and comfort using corporate mobile applications.
