Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Must Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-Tech Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Growth, Operations,
- or Customer Success.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
