Your work profile
- We are looking for an experienced IAM Migration Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise identity modernization program involving the migration of applications from CA SiteMinder (agent-based authentication) to Microsoft Entra ID and ForgeRock Access Management (AM) using ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) where required.



The role will oversee migration planning, technical governance, application onboarding, stakeholder management, delivery execution, and offshore/onshore coordination while ensuring secure, low-risk migrations with minimal business disruption.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM migration projects from CA SiteMinder to Microsoft Entra ID and/or ForgeRock AM.
- Define migration strategy, application wave planning, dependency management, and cutover approach.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising IAM engineers, architects, automation engineers, QA, and application teams.
- Drive application discovery, assessment, complexity analysis, and migration prioritization.
- Establish migration standards, governance, architecture guardrails, and implementation best practices.
- Oversee onboarding of applications using SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) for legacy application integration.
