Detailed Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications across technology assets.
- Drive day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects, and scope, and troubleshoot reported issues to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Own key deliverables, guiding products from ideation through implementation phases.
- Lead Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, maintain, and present detailed execution plans and delivery roadmaps to meet business goals across program increments.
- Coordinate with architects to define solution architectures and manage solution dependencies and risks.
- Influence and motivate matrixed teams across operations, product strategy, engineering, and delivery partners to track product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage IAM product strategy and execution, balancing strong security, regulatory compliance, and user experience.
- Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders and project teams,



ensuring holistic and integrated solution delivery.
- Present technical details to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Track and report on progress using tools such as JIRA, Rally, and Aha.

Skill Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in application development within an Agile environment, as a product manager or engineer.
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements.
- 3+ years of experience implementing solutions using third-party APIs.
- Deep expertise in IAM (Identity & Access Management) project management and marketing analytics & product management.
- Proficiency with Agile Methodology and project management tools such as JIRA.
