Join a fast-growing D2C brand Sixteen Dreams is looking for a energetic, high-energy leader to scale our content, social media growth, and visual identity.

The Role

Position: Creative Lead

Location: Hybrid (Delhi NCR preferred)

Experience: 3+ years (D2C experience preferred)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Strategy: Lead end-to-end content strategy, social media campaigns, and high-converting paid ads.

Creation: Generate daily creative ideas, scripts, and hooks for high-engaging video content (Hindi & English).

Leadership: Manage and mentor our team of designers and video editors to ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

MUST have a strong, relevant portfolio.
