Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,



and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include guiding the team, using multiple channels to identify talent, maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting employer branding initiatives, and guiding candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance. The Lead will collaborate closely with HR and business teams to align hiring strategies with MarketStar’s growth objectives.

Role Expectations:
- The incumbent should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively
- The incumbent should be able to independently source, screen, partner with business stakeholders and drive closure to various positions in GTM/Commercial functions viz., LDR/S
